“Before this, I was basically sitting at home doing no exercise, feeling physically and mentally drained,” Nicky says. After a serious motorbike accident, ongoing heart problems and epilepsy, having to stop work, and then a heart attack just three months ago, his physical and mental health took a huge hit. “My body and my muscles were pretty much non-existent.

Since starting to use the gym and using the BetterPoints app, I’m now getting out of the house most days doing some form of exercise. I’m feeling better in myself physically and mentally.
The change has been dramatic. Nicky has gone from being inactive to being active 6 days a week. Even more powerfully, he’s stopped smoking and is seeing real improvements in both his mental and physical health.
