The Five Ways to Wellbeing are five simple steps you can take to improve your overall well-being.

You may already do some of these things, but by finding time in your day for all five, the benefits are much increased.

Each week we’ll focus on one of the five ways per week and share local services and opportunities that help you connect with the week’s theme - and earn points!

Most people would agree that giving to others can improve your wellbeing.  Small acts of kindness, or volunteering in your local community, can give you a sense of purpose and make you feel happier and more satisfied.
