The Five Ways to Wellbeing are five simple steps you can take to improve your overall well-being.

You may already do some of these things, but by finding time in your day for all five, the benefits are much increased.

Each week we’ll focus on one of the five ways per week and share local services and opportunities that help you connect with the week’s theme - and earn points!

Keep Learning 10 - 16 November

Whatever your age, you can learn something new! Learning new skills can boost self-esteem, help build a sense of purpose, and help us connect with others.

Hounslow Council offers free group adult cycle training sessions for those who live, study or work in Hounslow and want to build their confidence. Bicycles and helmets are provided free of charge. Qualified instructors will show you how to cycle in a park and on quiet roads.There are separate sessions for beginners and improvers. No need to book, first come first served basis. Our instructors will register you on arrival.  Weekly sessions take place in: Heston Park, Feltham Park, Boston Manor Park, Osterley Park, Lampton Park and Hanworth Park.

Adult Cycle Training 

Build confidence to cycle as a group with our group cycle training sessions. Qualified instructors will show you how to cycle as a group in a park and on Hounslow's quiet roads. Training is suitable for beginners, as well as regular cyclists looking to brush up on advanced skills, cycle as a group and meet like-minded people.
