The Five Ways to Wellbeing are five simple steps you can take to improve your overall well-being.

You may already do some of these things, but by finding time in your day for all five, the benefits are much increased.

For five weeks, from 3 November, we’ll focus on one of the five ways per week and share local services and opportunities that help you connect with the week’s theme - and earn points!

Good relationships with family, friends, colleagues and neighbours are important for mental wellbeing. Building stronger, broader social connections can increase happiness.
