Move More Hero Dione

Before she started using the BetterPoints app Dione told us that she barely moved from her desk, was sitting around and inactivity became a common habit. 

Read how the app has become a positive part of her life:

'January was a real wake-up call for me. I was very unwell, and it made me realise just how little activity I did every week. I'm committed to being active every day for at least 30 minutes (and try to do more). I have started to go to the gym and spend three days a week there for a minimum of 45 minutes, following set routines to keep me on track. 

Since using the BetterPoints app my habits have changed for the better. I've gone from doing nothing but watching TV after work to creating healthier routines. If I'm not at the gym, I go for a short walk, read a book and limit my screen time, which has helped me sleep better.

I manage to think more clearly and be more productive at work, which has been a huge game changer for me. I make sure I also move about every half an hour whilst working from home and do occasional stretches so I'm not so stiff by the end of the day. I now crave healthier food and want to continue doing better.

The biggest change? My mental health. I feel happier, more upbeat, and more balanced. The turnaround in just a month has been incredible, and I’m only looking forward from here!'
