Visit the Health Outreach Team (HOT) shop in The Treaty Centre in the heart of Hounslow.
The team provide services such as blood pressure checks and information about services like stop smoking support. Plus, they also work closely with a variety of services such as sexual health, social prescribing, and Healthy Hounslow.
The shop is open:
- Tuesday to Friday - 10am to 6pm
- Saturday - 9am to 5pm
You can pop in when you're out shopping to get your blood pressure checked, plus some great health and wellbeing support and information.
