Getting your phone set up correctly is the single most important thing you can do. Without it, your journeys won't record and you'll miss out on points.
Here's how to do it...
1️⃣ Turn on tracking
Open the app and look for the toggle in the top-right corner of your 🏠 Home screen. Make sure it says Tracking is on.
2️⃣ Check your app permissions
Go to Settings > Apps > BetterPoints and confirm:

| App Battery Usage |
Unrestricted |
| Mobile data and wifi > Background data | On |
Then go to Settings > Battery and check:
| Battery Optimisation | Not optimised |
| Energy saving | Off |
| Advanced energy saving | Off |
