Sign up to the Exercise on Referral programme at Lampton Leisure via your GP and you will be given QR Codes to scan and earn BetterPoints.
You can earn 2,500 BetterPoints for signing up
Then 500 points every time you attend Lampton Leisure for your session.
Once you've completed at least 9 sessions you will get another 2,500 BetterPoints.
The programme supports people with long-term health conditions and those who would benefit from moving more often, to build physical activity into their lives. The programme provides you with the guidance, confidence and motivation you need to exercise safely from the comfort of your own home or in your local community.
It takes place in the Lampton Leisure Centres within the London Borough of Hounslow. The programme is running at Isleworth Leisure Centre, Brentford Fountain Leisure Centre, Heston Pools and Fitness, Hanworth Air Park Leisure Centre and New Chiswick Pool.
To be eligible for the Exercise Referral programme you need to live in the London Borough of Hounslow, be over the age of 18, be inactive and have the following conditions:
- Mild to moderate depression
- Obesity (BMI>30 or >27.5 for Asian populations)
- Hypertension
- Diabetes – Type 1 and Type 2
- Osteoporosis
- Arthritis
- CVD or high risk of CVD or a Neurological condition
Please speak to your GP or Health professional about referring you and visit the website for an on-line assessment here.
Then you can earn BetterPoints every time you attend Lampton Leisure Centres
When you are at the leisure centre in person go to the left hand menu and select More ways to earn then choose Move More at Lampton Leisure and tap complete.
Save up your BetterPoints and trade them for retail vouchers, donate them to good causes, or spend them locally with a Lampton swimming session voucher.
